Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Full Time 1st Shift Full Case Selector for our Bethlehem, PA location. You will select full-case grocery items, follow voice commands, and move products to shipping via totes and conveyors.

Earn $20.00 per hour during training and $21.00/hour after training, with performance incentives. Benefits start day one, with weekly pay and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• General studies background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Listen to voice commands and select orders from racks or stock.
• Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging.
• Identify and count items at a steady pace.
• Place orders into totes and on conveyors.
• Assist in stocking; cut boxes and place into inventory locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work area.

Position Overview

Keep our communities fed. As a Full Case Selector, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient selection of general merchandise products for shipment to stores. This work is light distribution in a friendly atmosphere where safety is a high priority. As a Selector, you will work individually selecting full-case grocery, perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. You will either use order sheets or an audio headset. You will then fit the items on a pallet (are you good at Tetris?), plastic wrap the bundles, transport pallets to shipping dock and in some cases, load them onto a trailer for delivering to customers. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority.
