Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Stocker to support the Floor department. The role involves stocking products, ensuring shelves are organized and clean, and assisting with inventory and HACCP compliance.

You will handle pallets, restock items, and ensure pricing accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates communicate well with customers and coworkers, perform basic reading and math tasks, and uphold company values with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves
• Rotates merchandise to prevent expiry on shelves
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves
• Performs inspections to meet HACCP regulations
• Assists in daily inventory review for product rotation to prevent shrinkage and damages
• Ensures shelf pricing is accurate and reflects current pricing
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the floor area, handles spills and trash promptly
• Informs supervisors of low stock/out of stock merchandise
• Performs other work-related duties as required and may work in other departments
