Store - El Paso-North, TX

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure they find what they need. Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, and complete truck unloading and merchandise duties while maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
2. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout; handle cash transactions according to standards.
3. Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
4. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
5. Support Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
6. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
7. Manage merchandise recovery, returns, and store recovery to keep the store well-stocked and presentable.
8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
10. Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal compliance.
11. Interact respectfully with colleagues and customers, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model.
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.

Other duties as assigned.

Work hours: 3 AM on Mondays and 7 AM on other days.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves with equipment.
• Work may include outdoor tasks, night shifts, and weekends.
