Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently stock and face shelves.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele.
2. Adhere to 'Meet and Greet' policies.
3. Stock shelves with new merchandise upon receipt.
4. Work with back stock to replenish shelves.
5. Face shelves, maintain conditions, readjust sets, and work with new items.
6. Assist in building and maintaining displays as directed by management.
7. Organize and maintain the warehouse.
8. Assist with ordering as directed by management.
9. Support front end or other departments as needed.

Company Standards

• Follow all safety guidelines regarding power equipment, balers, compactors, and box knives.
• Comply with all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, with dexterous use of both hands. Ability to stand, move between workstations, and work on floors that may become slippery. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items, and use knives and other sharp tools safely.
