Description

Do you have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and energetic environment?

As a Part-Time Stocker, you will keep our retail stores organized and our shelves full for our customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor. You will maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, greet customers, and assemble products for displays and customers as needed. Customer service is a key part of this role. At Northern Tool + Equipment, we serve tradespeople and weekend warriors who rely on us for the right tools and a hassle-free shopping experience. Your positive and professional attitude will contribute to our winning culture and ensure we leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and placing products correctly in the store or backstock areas.
2. Completing endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
3. Working with backstock bins and managing top stock.
4. Assisting customers with carry-outs and assembling products for customers or displays.

What you will bring to the table:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience is appreciated but not required.
• Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• A service-focused mindset.
