Your role involves efficiently stocking and facing shelves.

Daily Operations

• Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
• Adhering to “Meet and Greet” policies
• Stocking shelves with new merchandise upon receipt
• Working back stock to the shelves
• Facing shelves and maintaining conditions, readjusting sets, working with new items
• Assisting in building and maintaining displays as directed by management
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse
• Ordering as directed by management
• Assisting the front end or other departments as needed

Company Standards

• Following all safety guidelines regarding power equipment, balers, compactors, and box knives
• Complying with all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag

Basic Functions and Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Dexterous use of both hands is required. Must be able to stand and move about various workstations, and lift, carry, push, and pull items to move objects toward areas of use. Ability to use knives and other sharp instruments in food preparation and product removal from boxes is necessary.

This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision and hearing, and the ability to lift, carry, stoop, kneel, stand, reach, push, and pull. Work may involve slippery floors.
