Essential Duties

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

1. Merchandising: Monitor and ensure product areas are stocked, rotated, displayed for freshness, appeal, and customer access. Ensure deliveries are accurate, merchandise is priced correctly, and displays are assembled and maintained.
2. Customer Satisfaction: Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service. Greet customers, resolve routine concerns, and adhere to dress code and punctuality.
3. Facility Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean environment by cleaning floors, windows, counters, and equipment, and inspecting store facilities for safety and cleanliness.
4. Administrative Tasks: Attend meetings, assist with inventory and shift audits, cooperate with team members, and perform duties with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying temperatures, stand and walk for entire shifts, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing.

Work Environment

Mostly indoor work with some outdoor tasks, exposure to temperature extremes, noise, and the need for minimal supervision.
