Job summary

First Hospitality seeks a Stocker to provide outstanding support for our market and to deliver excellent customer service to our guests. The role involves inventory counts and organizing products to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You should be able to multitask, work under pressure, and present a professional appearance while assisting customers with product information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and neat store appearance for customers.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness in the storeroom, especially when working with food products.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product insight.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries.
• Receive and store incoming products in a timely manner.
• Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly.
• Ensure accurate product counts.

A Stocker counts inventory and stacks items on shelves in an organized system to ensure all items fit properly for consumers to browse. To be successful in this role, you should have the ability and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service. You should treat all customers equally with respect while providing useful information about products.
