In this friendly and flexible team environment, your primary role will be to efficiently stock and face shelves, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain exceptional customer service for all clientele.
2. Adhere to 'Meet and Greet' policies.
3. Stock shelves with new merchandise upon receipt.
4. Work back stock to the shelves.
5. Face shelves and maintain product displays, readjustting sets and working with new items.
6. Assist in building and maintaining displays as directed by management.
7. Organize and maintain the warehouse.
8. Order stock as directed by management.
9. Assist the front end or other departments as needed.

Company Standards

• Follow all safety guidelines regarding equipment such as power tools, balers, and box knives.
• Comply with all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently. Must have dexterous use of both hands and be able to stand and move about various workstations. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items, and use knives and other sharp instruments safely is required. This role involves medium work with good, corrected vision and hearing, and the ability to work on floors that may become slippery.
