Job summary

LOFT is seeking a part-time Stock Associate in Dallas to support store operations by processing shipments, stocking the sales floor, and organizing the stockroom. You will greet customers, maintain high visual and operational standards, and ensure inventory accuracy.

You’ll also assist with selling and merchandising to create exceptional shopping experiences. You’ll need a hospitality mindset, strong organization, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Engage in customer selling and visual implementation.
