Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Stock Associate in Dallas to support store operations, shipments, stockroom organization, and movement of products from stockroom to sales floor. You will greet customers, help create an excellent shopping experience, and maintain organized, fully stocked areas.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, stocking floors, displaying merchandise, and contributing to inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes customer service, flexibility, and teamwork within the store

• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Engage in customer selling and visual implementation.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.

About The Role

As a LOFT Stock Associate, you will support the operations of the store helping the business run smoothly and efficiently by overseeing shipment processing, stockroom organization, and managing product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor. You ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk are always organized and fully stocked. You take ownership of the entire process, so everything – from products to supplies – is in its proper place. While on the sales floor, you also greet customers and help set the tone for excellent shopping experiences. With your attention to detail and commitment to customer service, you play an integral role in contributing to the store's success.
