Job summary

Kirkland's Marlton is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment, including price changes. The role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency to keep stock moving smoothly.

No experience is required, though stock experience is a plus. You may lift merchandise, read safety rules, work weekends and evenings, and support store initiatives while upholding Kirkland’s values and dress code.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers in a respectful and professional manner; support company branding by adhering to dress code.
• Maintain high commitment and demonstrate support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner.
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times.
• Demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland’s Home Values.
