Super Color Digital, LLC is seeking a diligent Stockroom Inventory Associate to organize and maintain the materials room. You will track incoming materials from vendors, verify quantities, and distribute items to production as needed to keep jobs moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include accurate inventory control, physical counts, cycle counts, and coordinating with Receiving, Purchasing and Production. A high school diploma and 2+ years in inventory/workflow roles are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in order fulfillment/inventory operation.
• Warehouse, distribution and/or stockroom experience.
• Experience in inventory systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory in the software inventory system.
• Physical inventory counting and verification.
• Inventory cycle counting.
• Stockroom organization and housekeeping.
• Stockroom receiving.
• Inventory staging for production.
• Inventory returns from production.
• Coordinate inventory controls with other facilities, as requested.
• Ensures proper consumption per shelf life of product.
• Understand all items within stockroom relating to production.
• Complete data entry for all incoming materials that will be stored or sent directly to Production for use.
• Complete data entry for all inventory materials used in Production, returns, or damaged materials.
• Perform cycle counts on inventory materials: for accounting department, of entire Stockroom at the end of the month to ensure accurate financial information.
• Review daily activity with the next shift.
• Communicate with Receiving, Purchasing and Production to ensure adequate quantities.
• Maintain a positive, proactive atmosphere for Stockroom personnel.

POSITION SUMMARY/OBEJECTIVE

Employees who organize and work in the room where all incoming materials are stored until their use are responsible for maintaining the materials that come into Super Color Digital from vendors, as well as record and distribute those materials when they are requested by proper Super Color Digital employees. These employees are in control of the distribution of materials that create the projects of clients. They must keep this room in the best possible condition physically as well as making decisions that make distribution of materials easier for Super Color Digital.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Coordinate inventory controls with other facilities, as requested
• Ensures proper consumption per shelf life of product

• Complete data entry for all inventory materials used in Production, any materials returned to the Stockroom from production and any damaged or below quality materials
• Perform cycle counts on inventory materials: for accounting department, of entire Stockroom at the end of the month to ensure accurate financial information.
• Review daily activity with the next shift
• Communicate frequently with Receiving, Purchasing and Production departments to check that adequate quantities of material are available to satisfy Work Orders.
• Maintain a positive, proactive atmosphere for Stockroom personnel

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

• Full time / 40 hours weekly

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS PREFERRED

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years’ experience working in order fulfillment/inventory operation
• Must have warehouse, distribution and/or stockroom experience
• Experience in inventory systems preferred

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand throughout shift and lift 50 pounds, without straining
• OSHA Forklift Certified
