Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming stock.
• Organize and maintain the stock room and keep inventory accessible.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits.
• Report discrepancies or issues with stock, including damage or count variances.
• Follow health and safety regulations in the stock room and club premises.
• Collaborate with team members from other departments as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Assist with purchasing, requisitions, and processing invoices.

If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know the Congressional Country Club is seeking a Stock Room Attendant. The Stock Room Attendant is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Department in supporting the needs of the Congressional Country Club.

What will be expected of you:

• Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming stock.
• Organize and maintain the stock room, ensuring it is tidy and inventory is easily accessible.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with stock, including damage or discrepancies in numbers.
• Follow all health and safety regulations within the stock room and club premises.
• Collaborate with team members from other departments as needed to fulfill club needs.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including creating purchase orders and requisitions and processing invoices.
• Full-Time Role

How we determine your qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in the food service business is a plus.
• Private club experience is a plus.
• Experience with Birch Street software is a plus.
