Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Replenisher to maintain stock levels across our locations. You will pull orders, set planograms, and assist with promotions, including receiving and cycle counts using handheld devices.

This role requires strong customer service, ability to work with urgency, and adaptability to shifting priorities. On-site position with various store duties and occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required / bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience required.
• Must have strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Work with a consistent sense of urgency.
• Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once.
• Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times, (internal and external customers).
• Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
• Utilize tools and resources securely and responsibly.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
• Maintain appearance and safety of store/stockroom in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Efficiently receive, cycle counts, returns, transfers using handheld devices or equipment.
• Complete required process controls (paperwork, etc.).
• Report and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues to management.
