Job summary

Paradies Lagardere Default is seeking a Warehouse Associate to prioritize customer service while efficiently handling inventory and distribution tasks in a store/warehouse setting.

You will work with handheld devices, perform receiving, cycle counts, returns, transfers, and maintain safety and merchandising standards. Strong communication and urgency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and prioritize multiple projects.
• Self-starter with minimal instruction and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first and provide best in class service.
• Manage inventory control processes and distribution.
• Use company tools and resources securely.
• Maintain clean store/stockroom respecting safety and merchandising standards.
• Conduct receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transfers with handheld devices.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and process controls.
• Report IMT issues and discrepancies to management.
• Assist in stock pricing and stocking where required.
