Job summary

Paradies Lagardere is seeking a Replenishment Associate to maintain stock levels across locations and assist with deliveries and merchandising. You will pull reports, fill orders, and support store teams with stock placement, planograms, and promotions.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment. Physical duties include lifting and standing, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times (internal and external customers).
• Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
• Proper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates.
• Maintain store/stockroom/warehouse appearance in a safe, compliant environment.
• Efficiently receive, conduct cycle counts, returns, and transfers using handheld devices.
• Complete required paperwork and process controls accurately.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies and follow escalation procedures.
