Job summary

Kirkland's Cedar Rapids store is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will process shipments, stock shelves, and perform price changes while upholding store standards and safety rules.

No previous stock experience is required, but energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn are valued. The role may involve lifting, ladders, and weekend shifts to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic safety rules and instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to operate within store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and following Handbook during shifts.
• Take accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism while adhering to dress code.
