Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an Engineered Leader for Stock Plan Services Information Delivery. You will blend deep stock plan domain expertise with data design, data architecture, migration and client-facing information delivery to modernize SPS data capabilities.

You will lead a team of technology leaders, align SPS modernization with business goals and drive reporting, APIs and data extracts that improve client experiences across the US and UK stock plan programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading technology teams with stock plans and related data functions.
• Experience designing and delivering data platforms, reporting and APIs.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPS Modernization data strategy and execution plans.
• Influence data architecture, data stores and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Mentor technology leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Partner with Business, Product and Operations to deliver value through data delivery.
