The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOTPF) State Equipment Fleet is seeking a Stock & Parts Services 3 to procure, warehouse, and distribute parts, tools, commodities, and supplies for a network of rural and urban maintenance shops across Alaska.

You will coordinate deliveries, maintain inventories, and support mechanics in keeping vehicles and equipment on the roads and runways in good working order.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience handling stock requests and routine purchases.
• Experience with stock, inventory and procurement in a public sector context preferred.
• May require operating a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Procure, warehouse, and distribute parts, tools, commodities and supplies for SEF maintenance shops.
• Coordinate delivery or shipment of parts and supplies to rural and urban locations.
• Support mechanics by ensuring timely availability of parts and materials.
• Serve as primary contact for stock and parts requirements across Alaska sites.
