Job summary

Kirkland's in Aberdeen, NC is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. This role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency.

You will assist with receiving merchandise, keeping the stockroom orderly, executing markdowns and replenishment, and ensuring timely shipment processing. No experience is required; energy and reliability are valued, including weekend and evening work and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access to product.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and replenishment on the salesfloor.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive attitude and uphold Kirkland's Home Values.
• Work shifts including weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
• Takes initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
