Job summary

Sézane is seeking a Stock Manager for our Nolita, New York store. This permanent full-time role focuses on stock control, replenishment, and coordinating with the VM team to ensure flawless deliveries and launches.

You will lead stock team initiatives, onboard and train new members, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong product knowledge to support sales.

Responsibilities

We are seeking the talents of a Stock Manager to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in Nolita in New York, NY.

Your missions will be the following:

We are looking for the talents of a Stock Manager to join our retail team in one of our stores in Nolita under a permanent full-time contract.

As such, your missions will be the following:

Stock Management

• Master Sézane's policies, standards and procedures;
• Organize and optimize storage spaces, ensuring daily replenishment of the floor and perfect upkeep of the stockroom;
• Receive, process and organize deliveries; assist in planning incoming deliveries and collection changeovers in tandem with VM team;
• Isolate new products ahead of collection launches;
• Maintain strong product knowledge to meet customer expectations efficiently and support the sales team by retrieving requested items promptly;
• Manage customer returns, including defects
• Manage Click & Collect: intake, scanning, storage and follow-up on pending orders (refunds, returns and customer communication);
• Conduct inventories rigorously (weekly, rotating and full counts);
• Assist with ordering store supplies

Team Management & Development

• Contribute to planning and organizing the stock team's schedule;
• Onboard and train new team members on inventory management processes;
• Set clear objectives and monitor progress regularly;
• Support the development of each team member's skills;
• Foster a positive, collaborative working environment;
• Proactively suggest process improvements;
• Flag stock issues to the Retail team in a timely manner.

Profile:

• You have 2-3 years ofexperience in stock management role
• You have an eye for detail and inventory management.
• You understand the challenges of Retail and do not hesitate to adapt quickly and efficiently. Priority and time management don't scare you.
• Committed, motivated and proactive, you lead by example and know how to train a team.

Salary: $75,000 annually + bonus
