Qualifications

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
• Six months experience assisting in a stock/storeroom or warehouse, storing, shipping and receiving supplies, materials, and/or mail, and keeping records such as inventory.
• Knowledge of storeroom stocking, inventory control, and basic office recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments of supplies, materials, and equipment for stock.
• Compare shipping invoices with quantities received and ordered.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and file control records.
• Sort, process, and package mail for delivery and manage postal classifications.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack and use related equipment as needed.
