Job summary

Böhme, LLC is seeking a Stock Lead to collaborate with the Store Manager on customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and daily operations. You will move goods between the warehouse and store, stock shelves, and assist in inventory and housekeeping tasks while ensuring safety and organization in the stock room.

The role involves processing products, coordinating with store management, and performing a variety of duties to support store operations in Gilbert, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with POS and store computer applications.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Physically able to lift up to 75+ pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move product/supplies from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, and color or product code.
• Ensure accuracy of transfer documentation to and from store location and warehouse or other store locations.
• Help in the merchandising and floor stocking as needed.
• Steam, hang, or fold merchandise before putting it out on the floor.
• Ensure the stock room is accessible and safe for employee traffic.
• Mark materials with identifying information using an appropriate method (tagging).
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Sweep, dust, mop, and other housekeeping duties of backroom and sales floor.
• Always keep and organize the stock room and work area for cleanliness and free of debris.
• Communicate merchandise and supply needs with the store and corporate management to ensure proper merchandise levels and supplies in conjunction with the store manager to avoid additional deliveries.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
