Job summary

böhme is seeking an outgoing Stock Lead to partner with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and daily operations. You will move products between the store and warehouse, ensure accurate records, and support merchandising and stock replenishment.

The role requires strong organization, verbal and written communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet. Prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with POS and store computer systems.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Move products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks by size, type, color, or code.
• Ensure accuracy of transfer documentation between store and warehouse.
• Assist in merchandising and floor stocking as needed.
• Steam, hang, or fold merchandise before placing on the floor.
• Keep stock room accessible, safe, and organized.
• Tag materials with identifying information.
• Assist in inventory counting.
• Perform housekeeping duties in backroom and sales floor.
