ENGEL Machinery North America has a Stock Keeper - Receiving role in Pennsylvania. You will handle receiving parts from vendors, label with barcodes, and prepare pack configurations for put-away.

The job runs 7:30 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with strong emphasis on accurate stock control and paperwork accuracy. Qualificações

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse receiving.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) receiving transactions, putaway, staging, and cycle count workflows (e.g., SAP).
• Forklift operation certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Label received goods with barcodes, location IDs, and product tags.
• Unload inbound shipments and verify paperwork.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, and compliance.
• Track, organize, and maintain stock levels; enforce inventory controls.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and prevent inventory errors.
• Complete reports and maintain a clean receiving area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ENGEL Machinery North America has a job opportunity for a Stock Keeper - Receiving. POSITION INFORMATION

Job Summary:

Receiving parts from various vendors in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Label received goods with barcodes, location IDs, and product tags as required and prepare standardized pack and pallet configurations for put-away and storage.

Unloading inbound shipments and verifying paperwork.

Inspecting shipments for damage, shortages, and compliance.

Ability to track, organize, and maintain stock levels accurately, enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

Ensuring shipment accuracy and preventing inventory errors.

Provides quality service by following organizational standards.

Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

Promotes clean receiving supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Completes reports by entering required information.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Educational/Training Requirement:

High School Diploma required.

Experience:

3-5 years experience in warehouse receiving environment

Shift Timing -

7:30 AM to 3 PM

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) receiving transactions, putaway, staging, and cycle count workflows (example SAP).

Forklift operation and certification (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) and safe operation of pallet jacks.
