Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a Stock Keeper for our Madison Avenue store in New York to support daily operations with efficient stock management and accurate handling of deliveries. This role ensures organized back-of-house and smooth replenishment to the shop floor, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

We value an organized, reliable team player who is comfortable with IT systems and available to work evenings and weekends when needed. This is a full-time position based in-store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Comfortable using IT systems; POS/stock software experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
• Support transfers, returns and replenishment with the Stock Supervisor.
• Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, safeguard inventory accuracy.
• Ensure quick, precise replenishment to the shop floor.
• Prepare items for client appointments and assist product requests.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Stock Keeper to join our Madison Avenue team full-time. In this role, you will support daily store operations by ensuring efficient stock management, accurate handling of deliveries, and smooth replenishment processes. Working closely with the Stock Supervisor and the wider store team, the Stock Keeper helps create the conditions for an exceptional client experience by maintaining an organized and functional back of house.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries in line with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom.
• Support the Stock Supervisor with transfers, returns, and replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, and help safeguard inventory accuracy.
• Ensure quick and precise replenishment to the shop floor.
• Prepare items for client appointments and assist with product requests during peak times.
• Keep packaging, hangers, and supplies available for the sales team.
• Support store events and launches with stock preparation.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable using IT systems (POS/stock software experience preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Madison Avenue store starting as soon as possible.

The salary for this role ranges between $22-27 per hour before tax and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
