Qualifications

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less experience in a similar role or related field.
• Proficiency operating a POS and other in-store computerized systems, plus telephone handling.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory product flow accurately and efficiently to support store profitability.
• Replenish stock to the sales floor to ensure products are accessible and available.
• Acquire knowledge about product, store procedures, and programs to support day-to-day operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about product features, benefits and availability.
