Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking an Inventory Analyst to reconcile and audit stock at the Phoenix distribution site. You will research discrepancies, verify locations, and support cycle counts while upholding Kroger's values of respect, integrity and safety.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from management and vendors, reconciling systems data to physical stock, and assisting with vendor and PO inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Expertise with multiple computer systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Understanding of product flow from entry to departure from site.
• Familiarity with case pick, piece pick, shipping and receiving functions.
• Strong systems abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries from management, supervision, buyers, stores, vendors and trucking companies on inventory within site.
• Reconciles product shown in various systems with actual product at site.
• Researches accounting questions on purchase orders, invoices, billings of product received.
• Prepares handbill for stores when product returned to distribution center.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
