You will train, coach, and develop associates, manage tasks, and uphold a welcoming, clean environment while driving store performance and appearance. This role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Experience leading stock/housekeeping in a retail environment.
• Ability to train, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates to perform duties efficiently.
• Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and store appearance.
• Ensure equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks.
• Manage task lists and prioritize requests.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
