Von Maur, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager to lead a team and ensure store support needs and stock distribution are met throughout the day.

You will train, coach, and develop associates, manage tasks, and uphold a welcoming, clean environment while driving store performance and appearance. This role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

As a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager, you lead a team to ensure the support needs of the store are met throughout the day and new stock is distributed efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to create a welcoming, clean environment and achieve the operational goals for the store.
