Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager in Davenport, IA. You will lead a team to ensure the store’s support needs are met, distribute new stock efficiently, and create a welcoming, clean environment that supports operational goals.

You will motivate associates, manage tasks, and ensure duties are completed accurately. The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance
• Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks
• Manage task lists and prioritize requests
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
