• Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated good judgement solving problems, handling complaints and resolving grievances.
• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates across multiple departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar as a "Certified Food Safety Manager" or able to obtain accreditation within 90 days.
