Job summary

Brobston Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Stock Controller for our luxury retail boutique. You will support back-of-house operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure product availability as goods move between stockroom and sales floor to deliver a premium client experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail stock or related roles, experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and POS systems, and strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail stock, inventory, or related roles.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and counts.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
• Proficiency with inventory and POS systems and MS Office.
• Luxury retail or premium customer experience preferred.

This part-time role partners with store management and sales associates to ensure merchandise moves efficiently between the stockroom and sales floor while supporting an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
• Monitor inventory levels, review reports, resolve or elevate discrepancies, and support physical inventories and biweekly consolidations.
• Respond to product requests and assist clients with repairs, returns, and operational inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, secure stockroom and complete required reporting and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
• Partner with store management and colleagues to support efficient operations and a premium client experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and accurate inventory counts.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Luxury retail or premium customer-focused experience preferred.
