Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a Materials/Shipment Coordinator in a Texas warehouse to consolidate load lists and coordinate shipments from the temple facility. You’ll work with loaders, liaisons, and drivers to ensure timely, accurate loading and documentation.

The role requires data entry, tracking, and problem solving to resolve discrepancies, while maintaining safety and order in a fast-paced indoor warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of distribution, clerical, or office-management experience.
• Ninety semester hours in business or related field.
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate load lists for shipments and coordinate with loaders, liaisons, and drivers.
• Prepare documents and verify shipment data (bills of lading, invoices, orders).
• Communicate shipment status and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
