Job summary

Therma - Stor LLC seeks a detail-oriented inventory associate to manage and verify stock levels in our Wisconsin facility. You will record stock data, label items, and move goods using appropriate equipment, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety rules.

You will also handle incoming and outgoing shipments, document discrepancies, and coordinate with teammates to complete large tasks efficiently. This role requires careful record-keeping and adherence to company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory data manually or on a computer or handheld device
• Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
• Receive, count, and verify outgoing orders
• Label stock items with labeling equipment such as tags or stamps
• Safely operate machinery for moving stock items, such as forklifts
• Process shipping requests, requisitions, or purchase orders
• Distribute products or materials to store shelves, coworkers, or customers
• Coordinate with coworkers to accomplish large tasks efficiently
• Process damaged or defective stock per company protocol
• Report malfunctioning or damaged stock-handling equipment to management
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions
• Prepare documents and reports for transactions or regulatory compliance
• Comply with safety regulations for moving heavy objects and using machinery
• Keep the stock room neat and orderly
• Inventory stock of materials, supplies, parts, and merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned
