• Comfortable working in a cooler at about 32 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide scent-sational customer service by creating a welcoming environment and answering questions.
• Keep store smelling fresh by tidying restrooms, cooler interiors, shelves, and storage areas.
• Adhere to Safety Manual and report incidents using proper safety signage as needed.
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise to keep the store front and shelves appealing.

The Stock Clerk is an essential staff member for the guests at Stinker Stores, delivering scent-sational customer service by ensuring merchandise is faced, rotated, stocked, and ready to rock! Stock Clerks also provide additional support by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and maintaining the appearance of the store.

What You’ll Do

• Provide scent-sational customer service by creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their needs, and answering questions.
• Keep the store smelling like roses by tidying up restrooms, cooler interiors and exteriors, shelves, and storage.
• Stay ahead of the stink by adhering to the Safety Manual and promptly reporting any incidents, using appropriate safety signage when needed.
• Keep merchandise front and center by stocking, facing, and rotated- rocking it like a skunk rocks their stripes!

What You’ll Need

• Solution focused thinking- You get 5 minutes to complain, and then we solve problems and kick tail!
• Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
• Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees (hey, at least it’s not Antarctica).
