Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated Stock Clerk for our high-volume bar environment in Norman, OK. You will ensure shelves and coolers stay stocked with beverages, supplies, and equipment to support exceptional guest service.

Key duties include receiving deliveries, rotating stock, assisting bartenders, and maintaining clean storage areas. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects; 21+ and licenses may be needed, with flexible evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous stock clerk experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
• Stand for extended periods in a bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
• Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas and stockrooms.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock audits.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
