Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a Beverage Manager to oversee beverage programs across its establishments. You will craft innovative drinks, manage inventory, and lead bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 21+, ability to obtain a Gaming license, and a state liquor license; 2+ years of beverage management experience; strong leadership and cost-control skills. Shift coverage includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a beverage-related management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistency in drink quality and service standards.
• Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
