As a Stock Clerk 2, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of a variety of items used throughout Norristown State Hospital. Specific duties include monitoring supplies and notifying the appropriate staff when items need to be replenished, receiving and examining goods, and using mechanized storeroom equipment to move materials. You will be responsible for logging incoming and outgoing shipments, inspecting thequantity and quality of commodities to ensure conformance to specifications, and accepting or rejecting goods as indicated. During the course of daily assignments, it is essential to maintain facility safety by ensuring that doors are not left unlocked or unattended.
