Effective July 1, 2025 in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 4, and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by 3 percent and will receive 5 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes. Under the direction of Business Service Officer I, the Stock Clerk will manage office supplies and serve as backup to support the warehouse. The incumbent must exercise a high degree of professionalism, tact, and possess a good working knowledge of State and Department organization, policies and procedures.

This position is located in the Business Operations Section, Business Services. The program manages and provides various essential support services related to building maintenance, space and lease management, reprographics, mail services, office supply management, and Business Continuity to California Correctional Health Care Services’ offices throughout the state, including the following:

  • Elk Grove Headquarters
  • Bakersfield Regional Office

  • Demonstrate regular attendance, with the ability to consistently meet work responsibilities and deadlines.
