Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, stocking shelves, and supporting inventory. The position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift boxes, with uniform store hours during the season.

Responsibilities

• Register customers prior to entering the store
• Take state IDs and capture customer information
• Explain current sales promotions and store policies
• Learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Scan and process customer transactions accurately
• Take customer payments and issue receipts
• Place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
• Retrieve carts as needed
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
• Place products in proper storage areas
• Assist with inventory scanning and counting
• Help organize and identify items in the warehouse or storage containers
• Unload delivery trucks and restock sales floor as needed
• Identify low-stock areas and replenish shelves
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned
