Job summary

Phantom Fireworks in Tampa, FL is seeking friendly, reliable team members for a seasonal retail role. No experience needed as training is provided.

You will assist customers, handle IDs, process transactions using the POS system, and stock merchandise. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Register customers prior to entering the store.
• Take state IDs and capture customer information.
• Explain current sales promotions and store policies.
• Learn and operate the POS system.
• Scan and process customer transactions accurately.
• Take customer payments and issue receipts.
• Place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts.
• Retrieve carts as needed.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance.
• Place products in proper storage areas.
• Assist with inventory scanning and counting.
• Unload delivery trucks and restock sales floor as needed.
• Identify low-stock areas and replenish shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
