Hudson Group at Louis Armstrong International Airport is seeking a dependable Stock Associate to keep airport retail locations stocked and ready to serve travelers. You will move merchandise between stockrooms and stores, count shipments, and partner with the team to maintain inventory and displays.

The role requires physical stamina, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, airport setting with varying shifts, including weekends and evenings. $16.50 per hour base pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or retail replenishment preferred.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill stock requests from stockrooms and storage areas with timely replenishment.
• Transport merchandise between stockrooms and terminal stores with accuracy.
• Receive and count incoming shipments, report shortages or damages to management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organized stock levels with team members.
• Unload and organize deliveries from distribution centers and vendors.
• Replenish floor inventory and ensure proper stocking and display.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicate out-of-stock items and inventory concerns to management promptly.
• Maintain organized, secure stockrooms and safeguard company assets.
• Support store teams with stocking, merchandising, and backroom organization.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following procedures.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general housekeeping as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill stock requests from stockrooms and storage areas, ensuring timely replenishment of merchandise in airport retail store locations.
