In-Person Role – Hiring on Both Locations

Receive deliveries, build displays, and keep the floor full. A strong eye for how a produce wall should look.

Receive deliveries, stock the shelves, face the aisles, rotate dates. Keep the store ready for the next customer.

What you will do

• Receive deliveries and check invoices against orders.
• Stock pallets and cases, face every aisle, rotate by date.
• Help customers when asked; you are part of the store, not 'just stock.'
• Snap a photo of every delivery invoice into the staff portal.
• Flag damaged product and out-of-stocks.

What you will bring

• Reliability: on time, on shift.
• Physical capacity: comfortable lifting 50 lbs and on your feet for a full shift.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to log work.
• A self-starter on overnight shifts where the crew is small.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently working toward it).

What success looks like in 90 days

• You know the receiving rhythm cold. Trucks come in, invoices match, and product hits the floor without a manager checking your work.
• Your aisles are consistently faced, dates rotated, and out-of-stocks flagged before customers notice.
• You have logged every delivery invoice cleanly into the staff portal and the back room is organized to your standard.
