What you will do

• Ring up customers on Square and bag thoughtfully.
• Handle returns, member sign‑ups, and basic customer questions.
• Walk the floor and help customers find what they’re looking for.
• Restock the front end during slow moments.
• Greet the regulars by name once you know them.

What you will bring

• Curiosity – we’ll teach you the products.
• Tech‑curious is a plus – we use modern tools.

What success looks like in 90 days

• You know the regulars by name and they ask for you when they come in.
• You can answer most customer product questions without flagging down a manager.
• Your shift cash drawer reconciles cleanly every time and you have learned at least one section (produce, dairy, or front end) well.
