Marc Jacobs International, at the Houston Galleria location, is seeking a Stock Associate to maintain back-of-house operations and support the sales and management team. You will report to the Store Manager in Houston, Texas.

The role requires 1+ years of retail experience with a focus on back-of-house responsibilities, strong communication, and the ability to manage stock, shipments, and audits. Evening/weekend availability is expected in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Competenze

• 1+ years' retail experience with back-of-house responsibilities.
• Verbal and written communication skills demonstrated.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to visual and cleanliness standards.
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations.
• Handle shipping & receiving of product deliveries weekly.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager promptly.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Ready stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
