Job summary

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Stock Associate for its Houston Galleria store. You will maintain back-of-house operations and support the sales and management team, reporting to the Store Manager.

This role emphasizes inventory control, stock movement, and ensuring product availability on the floor. Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with back-of-house focus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and inventory control.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to brand standards.
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations.
• Handle shipping & receiving of deliveries weekly.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager.
• Process internal transfers and client orders promptly.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom for annual inventory.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
