Job summary

Altar’d State is hiring a Stock Associate to support shipment, replenishment, and markdown processes while keeping the sales floor well-stocked and guest-ready. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and a strong guest service mindset.

You will assist with inventory prep, cycle counts, and maintaining stockroom organization, contributing to a seamless store operation and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, ticket, and prepare product for the sales floor.
• Support Ship From Store (SFS) by accurately picking, processing, and packing orders.
• Maintain floor availability by replenishing stock and ensuring product is organized and visible.
• Execute markdowns accurately and maintain pricing integrity and floor readiness.
• Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and accessibility.
• Assist with inventory preparation and cycle counts.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
