Job summary

Altar’d State in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking Brand Reps (Sales Associates) to deliver exceptional service, build guest relationships, and maintain a beautiful store environment. You will greet guests, support opening/closing tasks, assist in merchandising and inventory, process transactions with integrity, and represent the brand by maintaining appearance standards.

The role requires 18+ and flexibility to work nights and weekends, with opportunities for advancement in a values-driven retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently.
• Must be available to work nights & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by adhering to Altar’d State's service standards.
• Create guest loyalty by greeting, interacting with and building relationships with guests.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and guests.
• Be respectful and refrain from passing judgment on fellow sales associates and guests.
• Complete opening/closing sales associate tasks while remaining focused on guests.
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization.
• Perform register transactions efficiently, accurately and with integrity.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices to protect company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any potential hazards.
• Report to work as scheduled and record time worked accurately while remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Assist in the construction of merchandising and window displays.
• Represent the brand positively by adhering to appearance standards.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
